Due to the customized nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:
1. No Refunds After Project Commencement
Once a project has begun, payments are non-refundable. This includes scenarios such as:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Dissatisfaction with approved concepts
- Delays due to client's failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
- Client-initiated project cancellation after work has started
2. Revisions & Support
- We offer a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges.
- Clients must request revisions within the timeframe specified in the project agreement.
- Delayed responses from the client may lead to project delays but do not entitle the client to a refund.
3. Project Cancellation
- If the client cancels the project before it begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting
administrative fees.
- No refunds will be provided if the project is canceled after commencement.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds will only be considered if Shaats Pvt. Ltd. is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen
circumstances on our end.
- In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- No refunds will be provided if the project is terminated due to a breach of contract by the client.
